- 10 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing projects within software engineering teams or product management, particularly innovative/novel engineering programs.
- Experience working with software and hardware teams in high performance compute or ML accelerators.
- Experience with ML techniques and frameworks.

The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and execution of mission-critical projects by collaborating with product teams to understand customer requirements and relay the information to engineering teams for managing, designing, planning, developing and launching technical projects or programs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define, design and implement solutions that enhance Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) workload performance.
- Identify customer AI/ML workload performance needs and optimize their workloads for Cloud Graphics Processing Unit (GPUs) and Tensor Processing Unit (TPUs).
- Serve as the customer interface for the team by engaging with client teams, reviewing new product requirements and tracking features and dependencies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and deployment systems.
- Develop infrastructure integration strategies and manage new client onboarding.
