Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management, Communication, Execution.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Experience in executive-level communication and relationship building skills with the ability in technical judgment and managing complex, resource-constrained projects.
- Experience running technically complex programs from initiation to launch.
- Experience identifying process gaps and driving the proposal, implementation and automation of solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, set direction and prioritize multiple efforts, capable of defining group goals and helping team members reach the goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Identify, organize, and manage program activities and stakeholders to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical outcomes, with clear systems to measure risks, improvements, optimizations, and performance metrics.
- Collect data to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making, including with executive leadership. Define program governance structure by determining management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
- Work with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to bootstrap new programs and align program goals, engineering/networking infrastructure deliverables, execution methodology and timelines.
- Lead pivots requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments.
- Define, lead, and own program charters that address scope, and timeline, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs.
