Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with Cloud or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers.
  • Experience in unified communications and collaboration and enterprise productivity solutions, and with identity solutions such as Google Endpoint Management (GEM) software.
  • Experience with scripting for automation, code development and low code/no code solutions.
  • Experience with System Integrators/Service Providers (SIs/CSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to engage with local clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar position (e.g., Technical Sales Engineer, Partner Engineer, etc.) in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer or partner-facing role, including working as a member of a Professional Services, Solutions Architect or Systems Engineering team.
  • Experience in practice building.
  • Understanding of productivity technologies and how they can integrate with AI, IOT, A/V systems to deliver next-generation user experience.
  • Ability to articulate and present Gen AI, Google AI full stack value to executive audiences CxOs, Line of Business and technology stakeholders, of partners and customers’ organizations.

You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

In this role, you will empower customers to achieve significant business outcomes and productivity by leveraging Gemini to automate routine tasks and business workflows.

You will be driving Agentic Workplace Transformation by helping customers move beyond simple task acceleration to automating complex, multi-step workflows across their entire organization. You will demonstrate how the unified platform of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise breaks down context silos, allowing humans and AI agents to collaborate with shared enterprise-wide context grounded in the organization's data. You will advise customers on deploying and governing a team of AI agents, built by Google, partners, or the customers themselves, to ensure high-value automation at an organizational scale while maintaining enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer technical engagements to address customer requirements and secure technical wins. Educate customers on the power of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, enabling them to drive technical innovation.
  • Help customers to develop AI practice with technology goals for creating and building solutions to elevate customer productivity.
  • Work with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points. Develop solutions and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution, providing best practice advice to customers.
  • Act as a technical advocate within Google for Google Workspace technology partners and provide feedback from the field to Google Engineering teams on Google Workspace technologies.
