Head of Measurement, Large Customer Sales (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles, specifically with media mix modelling and measurement and attribution.
  • Experience with people management, leading and developing a sales team.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to interact with clients and local/global stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leading data transformation strategies for advertisers or agencies.
  • Experience collaborating with product organizations and effectively influencing product development roadmaps to align with business needs and market trends.
  • Experience in media planning and advertising effectiveness research, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of campaign development and measurement capabilities.
  • Knowledge of general marketing principles, including brand marketing, online advertising solutions, making measurement make sense (mmms), and the evolving online media landscape.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and deliver results.

The Head of Measurement leads a team of Measurement Specialists who empower businesses in Brazil to maximize the value of their media investments through Google's advertising solutions. In this role, you will be involved in developing and implementing Brazil's measurement strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Google's measurement products, and ensuring clients achieve significant business outcomes. You will also play a key role in advancing clients' measurement maturity and fostering a data-driven culture within their organizations.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, mentorship, and exceptional results aligned with Google's goals.
  • Define objectives, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions in alignment with Sales and Data, Measurement and Attribution.
  • Partner with Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Product teams to drive product adoption and achieve shared goals.
  • Provide guidance to clients and stakeholders on Google's measurement solutions and best practices.
  • Articulate the value proposition of data and technology infrastructure to clients, emphasizing the benefits of resource investment and effective change management. Leverage business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to showcase and optimize business outcomes for clients.
