Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for Sales teams.
  • 3 years of experience in consumer and market Insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with data handling.
  • Experience with workshop facilitation.
  • Ability to build strategic perspectives with good storytelling based on data analysis.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling and project management skills.

As an Executive Experiences Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation for Google's largest clients in Brazil. You will be responsible for developing compelling narratives, experiences, and workshops that showcase Google's thought leadership and expertise in navigating major technological shifts. You will be highly analytical and creative with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for C-level executives. You will be a key partner to the Large Customer Sales team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful experiences that inspire and drive business decisions.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for transformation products and present for C-level clients, representing Google narratives, experiences, and workshops that capture major behavioral, business, and technological shifts based on external and internal Google data for C-level clients of Google Brasil's Large Customer Sales (LCS), helping to position Google as the primary thought leadership partner.
  • Analyze internal data and produce analytical products such as linear reports.
  • Design and manage qualitative, quantitative, and ethnographic market research with external partners.
  • Conduct and facilitate client workshops aimed at driving business decisions. Manage relationships with internal LCS clients to execute C-Sessions and other experiences at the Partner Plex.
  • Create experiences that translate planned storytelling in an immersive way and increase engagement and inspiration of clients hosted at the Partner Plex, managing relationships with external vendors.
