Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with working in a customer/partner-facing role including operations, deployment, and activation of the market ecosystem.
- 2 years of experience in Latin America channel business, delivering against quota in a Partner Business role.
- Experience in data analysis and business forecasting using spreadsheet.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or in a related project management.
- Experience with delivering business growth through outsourced vendor operations.
- Experience in building and training Machine Learning models in a business generation environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business growth across the partner ecosystem for the Latin America (LATAM) geography. You will design and deploy cohort-based, outsourced outbound campaigns to generate partner pipeline and business growth.You will serve as the primary business partner to North America Partner Business leadership, driving alignment and execution against our business and program opportunities in the market.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Serve as a General Manager responsible for a business growth portfolio of Latin America program managed partners and business implementation support.
- Identify, align, solve and deploy against opportunities for transformation and scale in generating partner activation within the Latam segment. Represent the Partner Strategy and Programs organization as primary business partner to Latam business leadership.
- Generate partner-led business growth by portfolio analysis and outbound activation campaigns through our outsourced Partner Advisor team.
- Deploy partner enablement programs within Latam, to accelerate partner technical, business, market and Google partnership readiness.
- Represent Latam partners while leading projects requiring cross-functional collaboration with central teams, such as Program Design, Operations, Localization, Tools/Systems, Engineering, Learning and Development and Product teams in order to improve partner experience.
