Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with cyber threat intelligence or cybersecurity.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Cloud technologies, abuse detection, and web platform intricacies.
- Experience in one or more of the following: threat modeling, incident/emergency response, OS hardening, vulnerability management, penetration testing, or cryptographic concepts.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in data analysis and querying (e.g. SQL).

The Google Threat Intelligence Group (GTIG) stands at the forefront of cybersecurity, uniting the expertise of multiple intelligence teams, with a mission to disrupt adversaries across the entire Alphabet ecosystem. We deliver critical intelligence on nation-state actors, disinformation campaigns, financially motivated cybercrime, and exploits targeting high-risk users, enabling security and abuse teams worldwide to enhance the security posture of Google products. You will be instrumental in leading strategic initiatives that strengthen Alphabet's defense against cyber threats. You will partner with various group of security and software engineers, intelligence analysts, and technical program managers across various programs, including embedded support for Strategic Communications. Your expertise will be crucial in planning requirements, managing project lifecycles, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Leveraging your extensive program management and leadership skills, you will drive the delivery of high-impact programs, improve processes, and identify future opportunities to enhance Google's threat intel capabilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead cyber threat intelligence (CTI) technology programs, manage milestones, resource allocation, and on-time delivery across massive distributed systems.
- Establish and optimize a strategic communications operate rhythm to disseminate intelligence, including public and internal reporting programs.
- Develop and implement quantitative frameworks to measure the impact.
- Drive initiatives to unify threat actor naming conventions.
- Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to stakeholders and all levels within the company.
