Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, particularly in sales, marketing, creative agency, media agency or digital ad operations.
  • Experience in sales coaching and the creative ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Google and YouTube’s ad solutions with a specialization in creative ads products and Generative AI.
  • Experience designing sales operating models or workflows involving multiple partner teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and influence results without official authority in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including providing data-driven, actionable insights to shape executive-level narratives.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of media strategy and creative innovation, where creative remains the largest driver of campaign ROI and AI is fundamentally reshaping the landscape, presenting a pivotal opportunity for advertisers.

You will lead the identification of gaps in customers’ creative best practices, develop an understanding of their creative issues, and support sales teams in navigating and pitching the right creative solutions, You will also drive the full-funnel YouTube sales cycle, helping fashion and service brands transform their development processes to create more effective ads and grow Google/YouTube revenue.

You will serve as the single point of contact for Pod G5 (Fashion and Services) for key YouTube opportunities while refining account plans with POV, carry YouTube topics autonomously, and own the full P/B/M (Pitch/Build/Measure) approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customers brand growth and business goal achievement through YouTube, positioning it as a reliable and effective reach motor for advertisers.
  • Pitch to shift share from TV to YouTube or share of international branding budgets, converting one-off campaigns into always-on strategies, helping advertisers caring about context to buy the best of YouTube content.
  • Cultivate long-term executive relationships with key budget owners on both advertiser and agency sides, taking ownership of Video/YouTube business development for a subset of advertisers while collaborating seamlessly with account owners and teams.
  • Design, deliver and implement mid/long-term advertiser marketing and media strategies around Video/YouTube across awareness, reach, and consideration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable advertising solutions around YouTube and Video in general (i.e., scalable activities, events etc.).
