Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in sales delivery/client engagement and partner management.
- Experience leading and motivating teams, including sales coaching.
- Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently in order to work with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- Experience in aggregators vertical.
- Ability to be comfortable with numbers and complex analyses, synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities.
- Ability to build relationships across different sites in a short period with in-country (Large Customer Sales) teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities.

In this role, you will manage part of our rapidly growing business in the IL team. You will also work closely with our in-country team to deliver on the substantial commercial opportunity we see in the market.
You will lead and coach a high-performing sales team that can promote competitively. Your team will use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their business. You will act as a role model and for your team, by leading commercial initiatives at the market, cluster and hub levels.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Coach on competitive sales, implementation and measurement to ensure that quarterly goals are met by ensuring that key plans are in place and that recovery plans are implemented if needed.
- Develop robust strategic plans for customers. Analyze data, trends, and client performance. Ensure that quarterly regional plans and long-term regional business plans are in place.
- Be responsible for maintaining a robust and accurate pipeline, working to accelerate opportunities to meet and exceed sales objectives.
