Senior Apps Growth Manager, AppDev, Google Customer Solutions (English, Urdu)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online marketing roles or management consulting experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with investigative tools and marketing attribution to prove incremental value to stakeholders.
  • Experience in pitching multi-product solutions that translate technical app features into compelling business cases.
  • Knowledge of app ads and how mobile apps complement web-based models to drive business growth.
  • Understanding of the digital landscapes in Southeast Asia and Pakistan.
  • Ability to build C-level relationships and influence internal cross-functional partners to align on shared growth objectives.
  • Ability to lead C-level negotiations and technical consultations.

As an Apps and Games Growth Manager, you will lead the development of the Pakistan and South East Asia (SEA) apps market and be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile game developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will work across mobile app businesses, both established and start-ups. You will help those businesses manage their app growth in their target markets, from setting strategy and driving execution to reaching international growth goals.

In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of clients by offering solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews, to business expansion plans. You will be their go-to business partner at Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with founders and executives to understand business goals and become a trusted advisor.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and create compelling pitches that win budgets and drive client success.
  • Help clients build strategies to successfully launch their apps and games in new global markets.
  • Analyze complex datasets to advise on bidding strategies, attribution modeling, and budget distribution to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Google Play, Marketing, and Finance to deliver unified client solutions.
