About the job

As part of the Platforms & Devices (P&D) marketing team (7+ brands including Android, Chrome, Google Play and Pixel), we are motivated to find the best ways for our brands to resonate in culture and engage with our audiences beyond traditional media. Our goal is to create unbreakable consumer relationships while empowering our audiences to speak about us in ways that are authentic, resonant, and ultimately, impactful to our business.

As a Chrome Activation and Engagement Manager, you will partner with Brand Management, Social Media teams, Product Marketing Manager(PMM) teams, and other cross-functional partners to execute on brand partnership and activation programs for Chrome. You will deliver full funnel paid/owned/earned programs, focusing on execution and tracking performance against core business and brand objectives.

You will support cross-functional leads by developing insights and thorough analysis to ensure that programs and investments are integrated, culturally relevant, and effective. You will help oversee our agency partners to deliver excellent brand work (including driving strategy through to execution and program management). You will research and monitor local and global cultural trends to identify opportunities and harness those trends to our advantage to drive brand relevance and engagement for Chrome.

And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
