Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience designing mechanical components such as plastic or metal parts, mechanical assemblies, printed circuit boards, or flexes.
- 8 years of experience using computer-aided design (CAD) tools such as 3D MCAD, NX, Creo, or Solidworks.
- Experience in electronic, mechanical engineering, hardware engineering or equivalent positions.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in FATP Engineering Manager, Electronic Product Manufacturing.
- Experience in smartwatch and tracker product design architecture, component design, manufacturing processes and system-level FATP processes.
- Experience in consumer technology projects, experience working with OEM partners, OEMs and third-party suppliers.
- Experience with working with global and cross-functional internal/external teams.
- Ability to attend technical conversations in English and Mandarin fluently.

- Build and lead a Product Development team to support all device engineering development at CM factories throughout the proto/EVT/DVT/PVT (Engineering/ Design/ Production Validation Testing), builds and support NPI product development and launch in Vietnam
- Work with engineering team to review assembly 2D, Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedure (MSOP) and all relevant Project Development Documents
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team onsite during new product builds to resolve problems related to materials, fixtures, and processes, and identify areas for improvement
- Manage factory mechanical engineering activities related to FATP from verification/ Design to assembly FA/ICPK to ensure that all requirements are met
- Interface cross-functionally with design, new product introduction (NPI), and contract manufacturers to set up assembly lines and fixtures, and resolve problems at the FATP line
