Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in online ad sales, business development, marketing or consulting sales.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client services.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, teamwork, and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role starting in July 2026 and concluding in 14 months. As an FTC, you will be a direct employee of Google for the duration of the term.

As a Hotel Ads Business Manager, you will work with different kinds of travel businesses in different markets. You'll be responsible for actively growing the Hotel Ads business across APAC. Your knowledge of the hotel industry and online media, combined with your communication skills and strategic thinking, shapes how new and existing businesses grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new and existing customers to embrace Google Hotel Ads. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you build up a network in the Hospitality industry in APAC, become an expert in your market and provide high quality service for your clients.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and growth of the Hotel Ads product across specific markets. Represent the Hotel Ads product goal, capabilities and roadmap both internally and externally.
  • Build effective relationships with key customers, industry partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with account teams to ensure consistency in high-caliber customer service, across the full portfolio of Google advertising products.
  • Develop expertise on partner ecosystem and market dynamics to identify strategic partnerships, target customers and growth opportunities.
  • Analyse partner adoption and market coverage to identify top growth levers. Translate market dynamics and partner feedback to localized product asks.
