Program Manager, Integrated Planning

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with business intelligence solutions for data analysis, visualization, wireframes and supply chain planning KPIs.
  • Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
  • Ability to create, manage, and lead key performance indicator elements.
  • Excellent communication and data analytics skills, with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of data for GSO labor planning.
  • Provide integrated plans, labor capacity models and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule.
  • Lead cross-functional program management and proactive analysis ensuring sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, urgent customer needs, and more.
  • Leverage best practices and various approaches of data visualization and consolidation across systems to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.
  • Simplify business flows and enable decision making as well as execution.
