Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) or 5 years work experience with a Master's degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, STATA, MATLAB) to solve problems.
- Experience in product analytics within payments.
- Experience with the use of data-warehouse tables and operational data and ability to write or modify SQL queries.
- Experience working with Engineers, Product Managers, and UX to provide product-centric insights along with excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem solving and leadership skills, along with the ability to communicate with management teams.
- Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.

As a Product Analyst, you will help define Payments products, helping the leaders make decisions. You will coordinate across functions to examine business, product, growth, acquisition and operational metrics. You will help leverage data, conduct analyses and make business recommendations, collaborating with Product teams to help build future looking business models. In this role, you will handle multiple projects at a time, focusing on the details and finding ways to take on challenges.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal data sets, solve problems, apply advanced methods as needed.
- Conduct analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables and presentations.
- Define metrics and develop reports, build and prototype dashboards to provide insights, communicate findings, recommendations, and metrics updates to both technical and non technical internal stakeholders.
- Drive insights into business performance, synthesize and present findings at regular reviews.
- Partner with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering and Operation teams to drive product impact and ensure infrastructure supports key analyses.
