Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or planning within a technology environment.
  • 2 years of experience working with cloud.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and rigorously enforcing global operational processes, governance models, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at scale.
  • Proven ability to simultaneously own and drive multiple, complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance.
  • Exceptional influencing skills with a track record of holding stakeholders accountable and driving results in a highly matrixed organization, often without direct authority.

About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to drive the operational excellence and content strategy across the Strategic Customer Engagement organization, with a core focus on the global Cloud Space program. This role is essential for ensuring that our state-of-the-art physical and digital engagement spaces consistently deliver high-impact, transformative experiences for our strategic customers and partners.

In this role, you will act as the single point of truth for critical operational data and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the global program accelerates sales and drives consumption with our clientele.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end operational processes, including establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks for global program execution and scale.
  • Drive complex, cross-functional projects across multiple global sites (8+ locations), ensuring the standardization, scale, and quality assurance of technology and executive engagement experiences.
  • Own and maintain a centralized content and demo catalog (including bill-of-materials and technical documentation), ensuring alignment, organization, and visibility for global sales and briefing teams.
  • Manage core data processes, prepare, and present regular, high-impact operational and engagement metric reports (utilization, customer feedback trends, sales influence) to inform business decisions.
