You will personally lead the strategy, negotiation, and execution of multi-faceted "360-degree" partnerships where partners enable our infrastructure build-out and commit to consuming Google services (e.g., cloud, AI/ML), driving deep, mutual business value. You will mentor a small, expert team while personally driving the most time-sensitive and strategically critical partnerships to successful closure.

  • Be accountable for sourcing, acquiring, and finalizing partnerships that achieve market-leading speed-to-delivery by prioritizing and securing sites that enable co-located data center facilities with integrated power generation (e.g., dedicated renewables, microgrids, embedded generation assets).
  • Serve as the principal partnership leader, coordinating a cross-functional internal team (e.g., Strategic Negotiators, Energy, Public Affairs, Finance, Legal) to ensure rapid due diligence and agreement closure.
  • Drive the in-market execution of the US data center portfolio strategy, ensuring regional site selection and expansion plans are fully supported by executed commercial agreements that integrate cloud and AI/ML demand signals and 24×7 carbon-free energy goals.
