Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in marketing and working with advertisers and agencies.
  • Experience with apps or measurement solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with designing and delivering cross-functional end-to-end programs.
  • Ability to make selections in a changing, collaborative and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate issues.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's Ads business delivers growth. The team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the Ads products. The team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization business skills to ensuring execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enabling product adoption and future-proofing the Asia-Pacific (APAC) business by delivering designing and deploying regional activation program, providing thought leadership on product activation and execution and advocate third-party ecosystems, agencies and industry groups.

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert for the region on app and emerging measurement solutions and programs (e.g., closed loop measurement).
  • Identify, develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption of app and emerging measurement solutions and programs among advertisers and partners for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Work with executive market business specialists and global product leads to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, with leading cross­-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Design and operationalize regional activation programs.
  • Collaborate with executive product and business leaders and cross-functional teams towards strategies and features that will help accelerate APAC business and eliminate issues acting as roadblocks to product and feature adoption.
