Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
- 2 years of experience building products or features that utilize machine learning models through the full cycle of data collection, model development, and deployment.
- 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Experience with innovative ideas and execution.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Build reliable and scalable infrastructure and APIs to allow external and internal developers to leverage Google AI models and solutions.
- Leverage Google AI Studio for development and experimentation using the Gemini API.
- Understand developers of Large Language Models based applications and shape the tools and interfaces to allow them to build their solutions.
- Build production-scale features to productionize new generative AI technical stack while also designing and building available and low latency online serving systems for first-party AI models.
- Collaborate with partners product areas/teams to advance LLM techniques, and realize product impact.
