Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or in a data science field.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client management in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
- Experience using SQL to extract and analyze data, or with other programming or scripting languages such as R or Python.
- Experience with data analytics or online experimentation via A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into insights to be presented as an engaging story.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to deliver engaging stories to audiences of all levels.

As an Analytical Lead, you will consult with clients and agencies, providing insights and recommendations that support business expansion. You will develop business strategies aligned with client objectives and utilize expertise to solve complex business challenges. You will also partner with stakeholders across Google to drive customer success and demonstrate the value of integrating Google data with clients' internal systems.
In this role, you will mentor team members on advanced techniques. You use insights to help our customers achieve their business objectives. You are an advisor to large customers and help influence our customers’ marketing measurement plans. You are a key partner to Google's ad sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for client business and marketing challenges while also uncovering opportunities. Collaborate with Sales team to innovate and develop solutions cross industry challenges.
- Serve as a measurement advocate and analyst to assist clients. Consult with clients on opportunities associated with business patterns.
- Advise client on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
- Identify key decision makers, challenge the status quo and influence decisions. Foster client relationships with others in the organization including marketing/advertising, analytics, and corporate strategy, among others.
- Partner with internal and external Product, Research, Data and Measurement teams to bring analytical capabilities to customers.
