Hub Strategy and Operations Lead, GTM Central Europe

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or relevant practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for AI who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience.
  • Ability to grow and exercise judgement in a fast moving environment and ambiguity, and a sense of humour.
  • Ability to address analytical issues and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator with great presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and translate issues into simple language that people who are not experts can understand.
  • Excellent influencing and executive stakeholder management skills.

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders by tailoring approaches to the unique needs and opportunities of partnering team in line with GTM priorities.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and risks, build business cases, define actionable plans and roadmaps, involve and align relevant stakeholders across teams and markets, and orchestrate business plan execution.
  • Develop comprehensive annual business plans in collaboration with business partner, set ambitious targets and outline strategies for achieving them.
  • Identify ongoing growth opportunities and threats, develop plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks, establish efficient processes and workflows, analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
  • Lad operational improvement initiatives from initial recommendation to full implementation.
