Minimum qualifications:

- 13 years of experience in product marketing or GTM leadership roles.
- 5 years of experience with people management.
- Experience in developing, planning, and executing successful GTM campaigns for consumer-facing products.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing and communications, including social media, user communications, and paid media.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a executive leadership position, managing direct reports.
- Experience with community building and engagement strategies for user-generated content platforms.
- Experience in mapping, navigation, or real-time data industry.
- Experience with AI-powered features and their market introduction.
About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will lead and execute go-to-market campaigns and product programs initiatives as a Waze's experienced and visionary Head of Go-to-Market (GTM), focusing on 2026 and long-term growth.
Waze Marketing is responsible for creating the overall Waze experience starting with the brand, messaging, communications, design, social media, multi-media and more. As part of the product team, we work side by side with R&D to initiate and create new projects and products. We strive for simple, leveled up communications and excellent brand management. We are looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial edge, and a strong inclination towards design and visual.Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new Waze features and product updates, aiming for a significant increase in usage and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with product teams to align GTM strategies with the product roadmap and ensure effective product launches.
- Drive user acquisition initiatives through paid evergreen campaigns in key markets, with continuous monitoring and optimizations.
- Manage budget allocation for various GTM initiatives, including local feature promotion, seasonal campaigns, community engagement and professional driver programs.
- Build a high-performing culture of collaboration and communication within Waze and the broader Geo organization.
