We design and deliver exceptional learning experiences that drive business impact and enable our teams to effectively support Google's advertisers and partners.
Learning is the ongoing quest for understanding, and we made it our mission
more than 20 years ago to organize the world’s information to make it
universally accessible and useful. The learning landscape is changing, and
the Learning and Education team's mission is to help everyone in the world
learn anything in the world. We provide the information, tools, and
services that help people gain knowledge, fuel curiosity, and prepare for
what’s next. We focus our work to add the most value for users to enable
learning for school, work, and life. We believe everyone can and should
have access to quality learning experiences to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Land and scale GBOedu’s flagship global initiatives across the GCKR region. Translate global and regional frameworks into impactful, locally relevant execution plans that drive seller proficiency.
- Identify systemic capability gaps and collaborate with GCKR Sales Ops to present quarterly return on investment narratives to sales leadership, directly linking local enablement interventions to seller behavioral shifts and pipeline attribution goals.
- Own and execute the Global-Regional-Local (GRL) operating model within GCKR. Operationalize the content design split, striking the perfect balance between maintaining global program consistency (60%), regional adaptation (30%), and local innovation (10%).
- Manage the operational transition of sales coaching back to certified GCKR Sales Managers to grow local coaching capacity, positioning yourself to raise the coaching bar.
