Technical Solutions Consultant

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
  • 3 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
  • Experience in system architecture and code comprehension/reading in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to create, document, and execute processes as well as to work in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while working in a changing environment.
  • Excellent investigative skills, including data manipulation, data analyses, and SQL.
  • Excellent organization, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

About the job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

The YouTube Business Go-To-Market organization is responsible for driving all Go-To-Market for the YouTube Business Organization. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly. This organization combines operational and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done to drive change across a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical and business operations for agreement renewals. Manage documentation reviews and documentation data for agreement renewals.
  • Manage technical and business operations for removal of content from YouTube’s platform, in the event an agreement does not renew.
  • Build technical infrastructure to scale both agreement review and content removal processes, and make them more automated and efficient.
  • Maintain updated playbooks for agreement reviews and business non-renewals.
  • Drive cross-functional interactions with teams such as product, engineering, and marketing.
