Technical Solutions Consultant, gTech Ads Sellside

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles in product implementations, technical solutions consultancy or technical sales.
  • Experience with internet technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL, XML, HTTP protocols.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working with market leading BI front-end, data analytics middleware, middle platform for apps, or back-end data warehouse technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.

gTech Ads Sellside adopts a customer-centric, creative, and collaborative approach, offering foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to our top advertiser and publisher clients. Our product/solution experts leverage technical implementations, optimizations, and key solutions to help customers achieve their business goals and develop long-term capabilities.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you'll implement advanced solutions for strategic partners, helping to drive Google's Web and Video advertising ecosystem. You will become a trusted technical authority, engaging with executive leadership from Google's key Central Europe advertising partners. Your core focus will be on Google Ad Manager (GAM) and AdSense.

In this role, you'll act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, understanding partner challenges, leading implementations, and architecting solutions with GAM and AdSense. This includes deep dives into infrastructure, providing best practice guidance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. You'll also collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams, providing invaluable feedback to shape future offerings and drive the adoption of emerging technologies.

You'll be the go-to expert for seamless integration and advanced troubleshooting, advocating Google Ad Manager's capabilities in pre-business engagements, implementations, conference presentations, and industry consortiums. Your crucial partner feedback will directly influence our product roadmaps, shaping the future of video advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by providing consultation, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Work with large data sets. Solve analysis problems, applying analytical methods. Conduct end-to-end analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis, model development, and delivery of results.
  • Provide guidance to and work closely with Sales teams and partners to provide input on data management and workflows.
