Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying client issues to define customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience providing product and lead end-to-end responsibilities for product area related client projects for one or multiple customers to increase product adoption.
- Experience establishing and advancing goals and priorities, balancing the needs of Google PAs, the sales organization, and customers.
- Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders with performing objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.
- Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and engaged landscape.
- Ability to drive product thought leadership for Google, sharing expertise with peers and customers.

As a Measurement Lead (ML), you will be accountable for leading the
measurement strategy across the Tech and Lifestyle Services Large Customer Sales (LCS) business within a specific domain of digital ads measurement. Specifically, you will be focused on creating and owning our measurement-driven sales processes.
In this role, you will develop measurement strategies to drive business growth, build and implement scaled programs to drive adoption of measurement-related product features, work closely with clients on our projects, and influence product development through representing regional feedback to product and go-to-market teams. You will partner consistently with a cross-functional stakeholder group across vertical media sales teams, analytics and data teams, gTech services teams, and more to achieve the above.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
- Share best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.
