Analytical Lead, Data and Tech, GCAS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience with stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with the Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub and/or Google Cloud) and familiar with big data and data warehouses.
  • Experience working with sales and cross-functional teams and influence key, senior stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience working with partners to identify technical challenges and opportunities, selling AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with excellent time-management, prioritization, verbal and written presentation skills..
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executive clients, including verbal and visual presentations.

This Analytical Lead role is based in our New York office, supporting our largest global advertisers, with a primary focus on CPG, along with additional coverage of Retail, Tech, and Autos. In this role, you will help these advertisers achieve their goals by selling and leading critical data and infrastructure projects during a moment of profound industry transformation. We need someone who is curious, inventive, and collaborative to help change the way that the Healthcare industry thinks about and uses their data for business growth. You will foster and lead relationships with client marketing, strategy, data, and analytics stakeholders. You have strong communication skills and are able to construct thoughtful, inspirational points of view that influence key decision makers while also being able to properly handle objections. You are a collaborative team player who can build trust and motivate change both internally and externally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Establish oneself as a trusted advisor and technical product seller who understands how Durable Measurement Infrastructure Strategy will help customers overcome unique industry and ecosystem challenges; articulating deep product knowledge to support customer business objectives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and own MarTech Relationships with clients. Develop partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Sales, Product/Technical specialists, and Google partners to synthesize technical and strategic business requirements into cohesive business cases.
  • Own the business cycle for key data and measurement capabilities and tech infrastructure driving customer adoption and growth of Google’s solutions. Develop and manage a sales pipeline for product adoption progress across the book of business.
  • Sell and triage hand-offs for implementation, acting as a liaison between partner teams (Google partner teams and third-party external partners) to ensure project completion and on-going value is delivered.
