Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building end-user-facing products.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Program Manager and UX designers across the globe.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies.
- Passion for design and building web applications.

The Fi team is currently based out of the US, and you will be the first of Fi team's TLMs in Bangalore, providing you with a rare opportunity to build out a new Fi team in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and India to deliver projects on time and with quality.
- Lead the development and enhancement of Fi’s web buyflow experience in engineering on the Web platform, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and testing.
- Identify and reduce technical debt, making our systems more scalable and maintainable.
