- 10 years of experience in machine learning.

- 5 years of experience managing projects.
- 5 years of experience in data and analytics portfolio.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Experience in change management, program management tooling, and new tooling roll-out.
- Ability to tailor communication style, from executives to individual engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

Responsibilities
- Set the goal and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and running multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
- Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. Bring visibility and strengthen communication across the teams.
- Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Cloud products and solutions.
- Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other technical program manager groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage objectives and key results (OKRs), release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.
