Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in cloud organizations or enterprise technology companies.
- Experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, business operations, or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working across core infrastructure, enterprise, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to build influential relationships and work in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
- Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish business and customer growth strategy, aligned with Cloud, especially Analytics and AI.
- Ability to work with sales, strategy and operations, engineering, sales, and GTM teams.
- Excellent strategic, problem-solving, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
About the job
As a Growth Planning and Strategic Programs Lead, you will be critical in the development of growth plans and execution of strategic programs, providing an integrated approach and view of the GTM strategies and business plays, campaign execution, and business acceleration motions for field sales as part of the North America Customer Growth Engine organization. You will work across engineering-pillar-aligned GTM teams, Business Development Representative teams, market acceleration, partner, marketing and direct field teams to drive cohesive execution of cross-cloud initiatives against regional goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Growth Plans, aligning Cloud priorities against regional goals and provide an integrated structure for ongoing coverage against gaps to target, lead virtual teams with Customer Growth Engine (CGE), field leadership, and cross-functional partners.
- Surface growth opportunities by performing market research, data analysis, as well as mapping to recommended priorities and initiatives.
- Design strategic demand generation plans and calendars focused on the most relevant and compelling growth drivers.
- Govern the growth plan cadence and interlocks across Customer Growth Engine with cross-functional partners and global teams to drive effective collaboration.
- Set and track data-driven targets, as well as business performance metrics for customer growth engine, in partnership with Strategy and Operations.
