Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in hunting or acquisition in a changing environment.
- Experience with developing and pitching solutions through various channels (e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
- Ability to be organized, responsible and work with a team.

In this role, you will identify and grow customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, to set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities
- Deliver against quarterly business growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering a quality experience and results to Google's advertisers within Spanish Latin America.
- Build and manage a pipeline through identification of business within primary teams or unassigned clients pools.
- Create a partnership with cross-functional primary teams (e.g., engage, Mid Market Sales (MMS), Agencies and Upper Mass Market (UMM)).
- Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s Ads solutions.
- Grow Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions. Implement ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance enhancing suggestions and branding strategies.
