Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in business development, demand generation, marketing or project management in a Cloud or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g., Salesforce), campaign tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, Gong), and Investigative tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management of multiple projects.
- Experience in working with business and cross-functional teams, collaborating with executive stakeholders internally and externally across all levels.
- Experience in working with teams, with the knowledge of Asia Pacific (APAC) markets.
- Knowledge of Business Development Representative (BDR) motions, campaign execution, and pipeline generation strategies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Business Development Representative (BDR) led outbound campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regional Go-to-Market (GTM) motions.
- Partner with Marketing, MALs, and BDMs to activate campaigns, ensuring BDRs are equipped with the right messaging, assets, and enablement.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting frameworks, and feedback loops to track and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Drive training, playbooks, and messaging frameworks to maximize execution and conversion rates.
- Provide campaign performance insights to optimize outreach, improve engagement, and increase pipeline impact.
