- Experience in all phases of silicon development, from architecture to high volume manufacturing ramp.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$369,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering in driving yield improvements and test optimizations across wafer, package, and system test areas. Manage assembly and test flows with global suppliers to deliver custom silicon chips into Google Cloud Data Center builds.
- Be responsible for managing capacity across wafer, packaging, and test to deliver custom silicon chips.
- Manage all elements of engineering to Global Silicon Technology handoff and then drive improvements in yield and assembly/test flows. This individual will build and transfer solutions for scale production.
- Perform foundry and OSAT technical management across yield, test cost, quality, cycle time. Manage and drive reduction in cycle time for end to end silicon deliveries.
- Yield and test operations and monitor/report Assembly health results during capacity ramp versus targets. Be a thought leader for Global Commodity Management for future scale needs.
