Compensation Programs Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in analytical HR role, investment banking, management consulting (e.g., strategy, compensation) or similar analytical role.
  • Experience using analytical methods, tools, and mathematical concepts to identify, design, recommend, and implement compensation solutions.
  • Experience with HR policies, practices, principles, state and federal employment laws, and related regulations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, executive compensation consulting, or similar fields.
  • Experience in managing large data sets.
  • Experience with SQL or R.
  • Ability to consult/present findings to stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build robust data models and analyses leading into each compensation planning cycle and manage tools and resources available for the organization's use during compensation planning.
  • Build reusable technology to scale and sustain program delivery and reusable analytics to automate insights and findings.
  • Manipulate large data sets and convey findings to leadership.
  • Participate in the research, development, and administration of assigned compensation programs, and monitor program success. Create, consult, and review compensation policies and processes.
  • Work on projects such as deep dives, performance rating analysis and compensation policies. Analyze compensation outcomes, draw conclusions and make recommendations for future consideration.
