Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in program management, strategy operations, product management or consulting.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making using SQL or other analytical approaches.
- Experience engaging with, and influencing, executive-level cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to work with internal partners and customer teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or advanced technical degree.
- Experience in a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS company, focused on growth.
- Experience with the Google Cloud portfolio or generative AI products.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, product, finance and sales operations.
- Experience problem-solving and executing complex, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance.
- Experience with data analysis, business case development, and financial modeling.

As a central team with regional presence, we provide business critical insights to shape the engagement strategy with the EMEA Customer Onboarding team and ensure alignment of goals and execution as we grow the business. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations, problem-solving and strategic, yet highly pragmatic and results-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Oversee business, sales and operational performance of the Google regional portfolio for business acquisitions, collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to achieve sales goals.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within the sales-assisted workflow.
- Develop and manage comprehensive business plans to substantiate innovative market strategies for Google global business organisation and the specialist portfolio.
- Provide on-demand enablement support for new Google and Specialist product launches.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the sustainable growth ad-sales segment, representing customer and seller needs in internal strategy and planning sessions, as well as discussions with partners.
