Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) advertising and managing digital advertising.
- Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
- Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

The Performance Specialist team accelerates adoption of Google's AI Performance Ads products. In partnership with sales teams, you will be responsible for advancing the customers' strategy and execution of Search, performance improvement and demand generation for Performance campaigns.
You will have the opportunity to partner with Product teams to influence the Performance Product Roadmap and Go to Market to scale the work across sectors and regions.

Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams on AI Powered Product adoption strategy across book of customers.
- Work with stakeholders to translate their business objectives into AI driven product expansion and capture feedback to inform Product Roadmap.
- Participate in cross sector and region communities dedicated to Google's Performance Ads solutions, both sharing knowledge and scaling standard procedures to the sector.
- Develop sales team on Google Performance positioning, strategy and execution of Search and Demand Generation Campaigns.
- Develop pitches to influence product adoption and business growth in the TechB2B space against team priorities.
