Senior Program Manager, Memory Supply Planning and Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 5 years of experience in memory supply chain management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience managing supply operations for memory/SSD/HBM parts for the data center supply chain.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience in analytics/SQL/BigQuery.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
  • Demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership for an end-to-end life-cycle and knowledge of the tools and elements of project management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of planning program managers, fostering career development and a collaborative culture.
  • Own comprehensive supply planning and fulfillment (Purchase Orders (POs), supplier commits, logistics), presenting demand-supply analysis and risks to executive leadership
  • Partner with commodity management, finance, and NPI teams to align deployment plans, manage constraints, and optimize allocations.
  • Oversee the full memory component lifecycle, defining NPI strategies and managing End of Life (EOL) transitions to minimize Excess and Obsolete (E&O) risks.
  • Drive continuous improvements in SAP, Kinaxis rapidresponse, and E2Open, using deep analytics to optimize supplier allocations and plan accuracy.
