Senior Staff Engineering Manager, Google Enterprise Network Engineering

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of data networking industry experience in Enterprise Networking, Leadership, Network Design, Wide Area Network, Metro Ethernet and Network Connectivity.
- 3 years of experience in a data networking leadership role overseeing projects as a people manager/team lead.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Network Engineering management for software or hardware products.
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects, identifying problems and issues across organizations, and creating programs and processes to solve them.

- Provide technical and thought leadership to improve the life-cycle of Google's Office and data center.
- Be able to enterprise networks from inception and design, to qualification and validation through deployment, operation, and optimization.
- Identify broad problems and translate these into projects and work for your teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure development of network solutions for Alphabet.
- Advocate for and build a great team culture that fosters inclusion, openness, and collaboration.
