Head of Strategic Agency Programs, Google Customer Solutions, Emerging Markets

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media or advertising agencies.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience supporting client or agency relationships, or leading teams within at least one of the regions that this role will support.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience exceeding goals and sales quotas in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in coaching advanced sales behaviors, including effective questioning, objection management, engaged selling, and navigating multi-layered enterprise business cycles.
  • Understanding of the business landscape and advertising agency ecosystem within one or more of these markets including Israel, MEA, SSA, Turkey.
  • Ability to build and develop teams.
  • Excellent executive communication and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and align executive stakeholders both internally and externally.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. As the Head of Strategic Agency Programs for EMEA Emerging Markets (EEM), you will be a visionary leader responsible for shaping the future of Google's partnership with advertising agencies across a high-potential set of markets including Israel, Middle-East Africa (MEA), Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), and Turkey.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute the long-term goal for the GCS agency portfolio across EMEA Emerging Markets (EEM) by developing and implementing strategies to accelerate growth, drive product adoption, and deepen partner engagement, ensuring the holistic health and success of agency ecosystem.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Strategic Agency Managers by role-modeling C-level engagements, navigating performance landscapes, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability, while actively developing the next generation of sales leaders at Google.
  • Define the KPIs that drive business success by leveraging advanced investigative acumen to dissect performance data, identify untapped market opportunities, and translate those insights into scalable, high-impact initiatives that team can execute flawlessly.
  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with C-suite executives at our most critical agency partners by acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader, articulating Google's evolving value proposition and aligning solutions with their core business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the EEM agency team and other cross-functional leaders in Direct Sales teams, marketing, product, and sales operations, ensuring agency partners is a key consideration in regional business planning and strategy.
