Performance Lead, Finance and Business to Business

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with Search advertising, Google Ads, Search Ads 360 or Shopping ads.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in a engaged landscape.
  • Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with solution-based sales and advertising.
  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.

The Canadian Performance Solutions (PSS) team enables growth of Canada's Large Customer Sales (CA LCS) business through performance solutions embedded in AI, enagaged and market insights, and measurement. PSS is part of the larger Canadian Strategy and Product Acceleration (SPA) team, which provides unified specialist support across all advertising buying doors and products for CA LCS.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into search advertising strategies by refining product value proposition and market perception.
  • Develop customer and product strategies and scope product initiatives within sales plans.
  • Drive product activation, educate sellers, and build engaged intelligence to support ambitious growth goals.
  • Drive client adoption of key search product features (Search, Pmax, Shopping, DemandGen).
  • Provide thought leadership at C-Level/Director Level and build relationships across teams to address customer needs.
