About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

We are looking for a dynamic professional to support our data center spares supply chain readiness.

As a Program Manager, you will support the demand and supply planning strategies and operations critical to sustaining our global technical infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to position spares into our global data centers. Your expertise in material planning, inventory management, and fulfillment will be essential for optimizing the inventory required to sustain data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for executing planning processes, deriving insights from data, partnering with NPI and Engineering teams to support Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and driving spares availability to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for uptime.

We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Responsibilities

  • Manage global demand signals and spares requirements within the planning engine to ensure readiness for new and existing equipment.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle from forecasting to delivery, partnering with procurement to bridge supply gaps for global sites.
  • Lead new product introductions by collaborating with engineering to develop spares BOMs and supply chain strategies for next-gen hardware.
  • Mitigate availability risks for data center launches and influence cross-functional schedules in program meetings.
  • Drive operational excellence using SQL and automation tools to optimize inventory health, reduce manual effort, and minimize excess and obsolescence.
