Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, business development, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, business planning or program management in the technology industry.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs and initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive go-to-market commercial programs at a large enterprise software or cloud company.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve strategic goals.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Strong business acumen, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive business implications and actions from data.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

About the job

The GTM Commercial Programs team within the Global Practice GTM organization delivers the integrated portfolio of commercial programs to fuel our GTM strategy and drive profitable customer acquisition and growth. As the GTM Commercial Programs Lead for the AI Practice, you will define, develop and implement GTM/sales programs aligned with overall business, revenue and consumption goals for the Global AI Practice. You will lead across organizational stakeholders to align GTM plans, people and investments into scalable and impactful programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and communicate the end-to-end strategy for the AI Practice's portfolio of GTM commercial programs, from design and development to execution and optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (including GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Product) to design and launch new, innovative commercial programs and offers for the Global AI Practice.
  • Implement and manage the strategic framework and governance for program intake, evaluation, and prioritization to ensure alignment with AI business priorities.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that signal the business impact and ROI of the AI GTM commercial programs portfolio.
