Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or equivalent experience with enterprise software technology.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Experience with cloud technology or demonstrated with cloud messaging, productivity tools like Google Cloud solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with working collaboratively across multiple teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion.
- Experience developing field sales content.
- Ability to understand business and technical challenges and structure messaging in a way audience.
- Ability to grow and adapt in dynamic and often ambiguous environments, partnering with global cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders at the executive level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and interest in storytelling and narrative frameworks.
About the job
As an Industry Content Manager, Manufacturing, Automotive, Supply Chain and Logistics, you will be responsible for positioning Google Cloud’s industry value propositions in the context of customer challenges and empowering the global salesforce to have business value conversations. You will partner closely with Global Industry and Solutions leaders and the Marketing organization to develop influential sales and external thought leadership content in support of Google Cloud’s industry strategies.
Reporting to the Global Director of Content, you will ensure sellers are equipped to speak the language of their customers and be focused on the business and technical outcomes of the customer base. A pivot to industry-framed solutions and value selling is an objective for Google Cloud and you will play a critical role in this journey.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop customer-facing content, positioning the value of Google Cloud to solve industry-specific challenges.
- Assimilate industry and solution details from subject matter experts and translate into impact field and customer-ready content.
- Act as an industry thought leader by proactively developing industry narratives, insights and thought leadership content around industry events and moments.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Partner Enablement teams to activate and train sellers and partners on industry content across a variety of channels (e-learning modules, in person training, etc).
- Manage industry portals to deliver content and industry community engagement for sellers and external partners.
