Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, Machine Learning

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Ads ecosystem.
  • Experience with Google Cloud ML Deployment.
  • Experience with Neural Networks (Computer Vision) model.
  • Knowledge/experience in sustainability, particularly waste and recycling.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Google Ads Product Managers and Software Engineers across Google to improve or develop sustainability solutions for users, partners, and clients.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and solutions development.
  • Manage a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from internal teams to external partners and clients, providing feedback, maintaining communication, and delivering technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a variety of product areas.
