Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in pitching and activating measurement solutions across a sales organisation.
  • Experience in storytelling across video, creatives, and measurement, including leading workshops and presentations end-to-end to drive consensus and action.
  • Understanding of the GCS organisation and how to activate sellers on products.
  • Ability to thrive in fluid environments, and to influence C-level executives, managers, and sellers both within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to manage both operational tasks and growth initiatives, including OKRs and allocating resources to high-impact projects.
  • Excellent communication, business, and sales skills.

About the job

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including the program management of the Measurement Effectiveness Program with MMS (Mid Market Sales) LeadGen (LG). You will advocate the needs, opportunities, and gaps that Google Customer Solutions (GCS) clients experience with the Product teams.

You will be a key partner to the MMS LG team and leadership, helping to shape, simplify and scale advanced measurement solutions. You will also advocate for the agency partners helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure they meet the needs of the partners both large and small.

As a Measurement Specialist, you will be a key partner to MMS LG sales leadership, driving the adoption of foundational and advanced measurement solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, as well as influencing leadership and acting as a role model for effective selling. You will be responsible for training sellers, presenting in external webinars and live events, and pitching and activating top opportunities. You will deploy a holistic knowledge of foundational measurement areas, including EC4W, EC4L, Incrementality, Attribution and MMMs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with MMS Lead Gen to support customers on advanced measurement solutions like incrementality, attribution, MMMs, and first-party data. Collaborate with sellers to identify growth opportunities and develop measurement strategies that solve complex business and marketing challenges.
  • Coordinate with gTech CSA and Sales teams to manage end-to-end measurement effectiveness plans while monitoring primary performance metrics. Gather insights and develop internal and external training with Global PSA to enhance knowledge of priority M&A solutions, and coordinate with third-party providers as needed.
  • Work with leadership to create effective narratives and leverage resources that empower sales teams with comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Share customer feedback with global product leads to ensure the roadmap aligns with regional needs and promoter expectations.
  • Identify industry challenges to develop and implement scalable growth solutions.
