Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Ability to be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to adapt and adjust plans on short notice while still adhering to overall goals.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies (e.g. AI) to improve work efficiency.
- Strong people management skills and a collaborative approach across a different range of people and job functions.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
In this role, you will be supporting the AI and Computing Infrastructure (ACI) team, which delivers the industry's leading cloud computing platform, enabling breakthrough customer value and scaling our cloud computing business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to manage and optimize complex calendars and expenses. Develop and manage internal communications.
- Anticipate the needs of executives, serving as a trusted thought partner who proactively anticipates challenges, finds creative solutions and improves team operations.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills with an ability to think strategically and prioritize often competing tasks with precision and a high degree of detail, thriving in ambiguous environments.
- Work cross-functionally to plan, manage and execute business critical meetings, events and programs (virtual and in person), including leadership team meetings, all team meetings, onsites and offsites, awards programs, and leading all logistics and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
- Exhibit the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with a strong understanding of Google policies and procedures.
