Strategy and Operations Lead, Sales Enablement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in digital ads products.
  • Experience in Sales or Product and Strategy Consulting.
  • Understanding of the business cycle and the attributes that make a great Google seller.
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills, with strong business acumen and knowledge of digital ads and Google’s business.
  • Effective networking and influencing skills, with the ability to work across various functions.

About the job

As a Strategy and Operations Lead for Sales Enablement, you will have the opportunity to work on Global Business Organization (GBO) and Go-To-Market's (GTM) developing and executing strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize key competitive insights, present proposed actions to Global executive audiences to influence product roadmap or enable promoters to drive customer success. You will have the opportunity land some of these changes by working with Regional Product leads, Marketing, Mastery, and other cross-functional teams to help promoter track, plan, pitch and manage objections better through narratives, pitch collateral, trainings, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall engaged business strategy.
  • Run analysis to identify key product gaps to help Regional Product Leads, APAC Leadership and Global prioritize product asks.
  • Work with Regional Product Leads and other Sales Enablement leads to embed competitive Intel in packages, narratives, pitch collateral and trainings.
  • Work with Marketing and other Sales enablement leads to identify key claims that will make our pitches better. Lead projects within the broader Sales Enablement team.
  • Drive continuous visibility of risks and opportunity to leadership and sales teams. Work with front-line teams (Agency, Sales, Specialists, etc.) to gather feedback.
