Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of work experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, sales, in the Content, News/Media, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce/Retail, Apps, or Technology industries.
- Experience working in a partner facing role.
- Experience constructing business plans, business projection and planning resources.
- Excellent consultation, problem solving and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing business proposals and presenting at events.

- Develop strategic partnerships with TV and Creator Service Provider (CSP) partners to drive positive impact on watch time, partner earnings and user growth. Identify and lead exploratory discussions with partners in C-level for strategic, innovative ideas to grow a content ecosystem in market and globally, with responsibility.
- Own partners' YouTube growth by tracking key metrics, analyze key trends, and drive agenda in business review. Resolve business issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify key industry trends and participate in industry events to cement YouTube's role and positioning within content, media and marketing industries.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to represent YouTube, and actively participate in cross-functional efforts that drive the country's core business of cross users, usage, business generation, brand & reputation, and Key Opinion Formers (KOF) relationships.
