Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in sales delivery/client engagement and partner management.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, as this is a customer facing role that requires interaction with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience communicating policies, ideas, and information, adapting style for the audience.
- Experience influencing executive leaders to adopt ideas by managing pushback and maintaining composure in difficult, high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of the changing industry, product, and market landscape and its effect on Google's differentiation.
- Understanding of the big picture, business models, KPIs, and drivers, including the interdependence of internal functions.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and adjust strategic account plans collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Create and own joint business plans tied to client objectives and revenue goals.
- Be a strategic partner to customers building and maintaining high-impact, long-lasting relationships with c-level leaders and relevant agency contacts. Manage and analyse customer interactions and data to improve service, and business growth.
- Identify and size business and growth opportunities within the market and for specific customers. Set tailored sales strategies in collaboration with internal partners based on research and customer objectives.
- Craft and deliver solutions (pitching) to achieve customer business objectives and drive Google business. Draw actionable, data-driven insights from analysis to provide recommendations and influence change.
- Develop an internal network to strengthen communication and identify collaboration opportunities.
