Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in managing partnerships.
  • Experience working autonomously in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of product assortment proposals and pitches to our partners for the entire Pixel and Google hardware ecosystem.
  • Architect and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, defining elements such as pricing strategy, sales volume goals, and innovative partner incentive programs.
  • Drive the commercial process, from drafting and negotiating partnership agreements to managing the lifecycle of contracts regarding all assorted products.
  • Manage the business by reviewing sales performance against goals, leading demand forecasting efforts, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle volume to maximize market success.
  • Act as a central hub for collaboration, aligning with internal stakeholders. This includes working closely with other partnership teams and a broad spectrum of functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Go-to-Market to ensure execution.
